How Push/Blow Feeders Work
Blow & Pusher Weld Nut Weld Stud Feeders are small automated machines that take bulk parts (weld nuts or weld studs) from a hopper to a vibratory bowl feeder, to a gravity track. The parts are then pneumatically pushed or blown through a thick vinyl tube that feeds the placement device, which then places the parts exactly where it needs to be welded on.
Design Capabilities
We offer several different options for our Push Feeders, some are basic and perform a single lane output and part placement, while other applications require a higher output or need better quality control.

- Optical Tooling which uses a sensor or camera to sort parts that can’t be mechanically oriented using conventional tooling methods
